Customer Relations Specialist Job Requirements
- An associate degree in computer programing/electric and electronic technologies, information systems, or related fields is a plus,
- Minimum two years of customer relations experience
- Having problem-solving and good communication skills on the phone
- Good command of English, both in written and oral communication
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a good team player
- Eager to learn and develop
- Not related to military service (for male candidates)
Customer Relations Specialist Job Description
- Determining the needs of our customers by planning regular meetings with customers
- Support end-users every day to ensure the system is working as expected
- Escalate problems appropriately to other internal departments or providers when required,
- Regularly communicating with customers to quickly get to the root cause of their problem,
- Creating and recording tickets for calls received via mail, portal, and phone,
- Ensure and care for absolute customer satisfaction,
