Job Requirements
- Experienced in project management, capable of taking responsibility for ERP projects,
- Able to provide training and support services,
- Positive, solution-oriented, and able to respond quickly to customer requests,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Preferably proficient in English, Able to work in a team and cooperate with colleagues,
- Male candidates must have completed military service or be exempt,
- Not related to military service (for male candidates).
Job Description
- Providing on-site support services and visiting customers,
- Creating the necessary documents and content for training,
- Implementing necessary configurations in the system,
- Providing support to end-users to ensure the system works as expected, and Reporting any issues to other internal departments or vendors as appropriate.
